Using this website

By using brochetabistro.com or messaging us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our messaging. Please use them lawfully and don't try to disrupt, overload, or break into them.

Menu, prices, and hours

We keep the menu, prices, photos, and hours on this site as accurate as we can, but they can change without notice, and photos show how a dish is typically served. The price you pay is the one shown when you order or at the register.

Allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles common allergens, such as wheat, dairy, sesame, and shellfish, and we can't guarantee any dish is free of them. If you have an allergy, please tell our staff before you order, or call us at (956) 540-2979. Don't rely on the website or an automated message for allergy information.

Ordering and catering

Online orders are placed through SkyTab, DoorDash, or FocusPOS. Their own terms and policies apply to orders, payments, and delivery placed with them. Catering orders are confirmed by our team, and a request is not final until we confirm it.

Messaging with us

You can message us through our Google Business Profile on Google Search or Maps. By messaging us, you understand that:

• Some replies may be automated. Google's AI assistant may answer on our behalf, using information about us that Google has, such as our Business Profile, reviews, and website. A member of our team may read the conversation and step in. Reply STOP anytime to stop messages from us.
• Automated replies can be wrong. They are for general information only, not medical or professional advice, and not a binding offer, quote, or confirmation. Prices, availability, catering details, and allergy questions are only confirmed when our staff confirm them.
• Messaging isn't for emergencies. For anything urgent, including a reaction to food, call 911. For time-sensitive questions about an order, call us.
• Be respectful. We may stop replying to messages that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the restaurant.
• Google's terms apply too. Google runs the messaging service, and your use of it is also covered by the Google Terms of Service. Your mobile carrier's normal message and data rates may apply.

Our email list

Joining our email list means you agree to receive our news, specials, and offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can leave anytime. Offers are valid only as stated in the email and can't be exchanged for cash.

Photos you share in the Guest Gallery

• You keep ownership of your photo.
• By sending it, you give Brocheta Bistro permission to show it on our website, free of charge, until you ask us to take it down.
• You confirm the photo is yours to share and that everyone in it is okay with it being posted.
• We review every photo and may decline or remove any photo at any time. To have yours removed, email Mcallen@brochetabistro.com.

Our content

The Brocheta Bistroname, logo, characters, photos, and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking. Sharing a link or a photo of your meal is always welcome.

No warranties, limited liability

The website and messaging are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Brocheta Bistroisn't liable for indirect or incidental losses that come from using the website or messaging, including outages, errors, or relying on an automated reply. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site or messaging us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
